Always bring your
passport. Many times our tour goes to the neighboring British Virgin
Islands and requires a passport to enter the BVI.
If anyone in the tour
has special needs, such as an allergy to foods, handicapped needs, etc.
Please notify us in advance to accommodate.
When traveling on a
Cruise Ship, Cruise directors will tout “the only things to do…or only
shop at these stores”. The reason is NOT that the other stores are bad
or that other tours are bad…the REAL reason is that these stores that they
tell you to shop pay a hefty commission to the Cruise Line. The ‘Kick
Backs” mean you will typically pay a higher price or get less value. In
many cases the commission can be almost 50%! If you want to shop, set
this up as part of our Rummi Tour. We can take you to locations that do
not have the high overhead and get you truly great savings.
Our Islands are very beautiful and the
waters are some of the best in the world…however, if you plan to leave a
tourist area (resort or crowded shopping area) we recommend having a local
guide with you. While our local police do everything they can to protect
you, there are areas on our Island that tourists should not attempt to
go. While many do not want to hire a tour guide, in the long run it can
be much safer and less costly.
