David “Rummi” Phillips and his wife Olga, along with their Children, have been in the Virgin Islands for over 3 years.  Before locating to St Thomas, they lived in Barbados.  “Rummi” blames Jimmy Buffett for his wild ways.  “I was a Buffet fan long before Buffet was cool!”   He is a bit of a traveler as well having spent time on 26 of the Caribbean Islands.   

“This is our home, we love the Caribbean.”  We love sharing secrets we have learned on each of the islands with our new friends.  David & Olga are both outgoing and two of the Islands friendliest folks.  You will love the island…but you will not really see it, till you’ve been on a tour with “Rummi” .
